Benjamin Alexander James joined Bluetech Origins as chief financial officer in November 2019. A business management graduate, he has extensive experience of acting as a CFO in the property industry, having previously held this position in different firms. Mr Benjamin also has a strong track record of working in international finance and capital markets. He was responsible for the finance and capital market activities of the listed European property companies belonging to Fortress Investment Group in London, and also worked in the field of corporate finance and equity capital markets at Merrill Lynch Bank in Frankfurt.

Was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, Bluetech Origins asset management in October 2019. For more than 4 years he has been in charge of the company which today has approximately 1000 employees world-wide. Chief Executive Officer of Bluetech Origins since 2019, he has since expanded the company internationally with our own people onsite in Luxembourg, UK and Ireland, the Netherlands, the Nordic countries. In 2020 Mr. Aatos floated Bluetech Origins on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, attracting the attention of major international shareholders. Today, Bluetech Origins’s portfolio includes more than 220 institutional investors worth around EUR 21 billion under management.

Isabelle Archer was appointed a member of the Bluetech Origins Management Board in April 2019 and brings 25 years of industry experience. Mrs. Isabelle joined from AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets where she has spent the last seven years as Global Head of Asset Management & Transactions, Real Assets, leading its asset management, development and transaction teams. She was also on the Management Board and the Global Investment Committee. Prior to this, she carried out leading management roles at a number of internationally recognised businesses. Mrs. Isabelle holds a degree in Urban Estate Management, is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a Board member of the British Property Federation.

Klaus Hermann joined Bluetech Origins in 2020 as Head of Legal Department and was responsible for the business development. He has been running the operational business and some holding functions as COO. In this role he is responsible for all operational issues all over the organisation and also oversaw all investments done in the past as well as all M&A transactions and the organic growth Worldwide. Previously he worked as lawyer for various companies including Dyckerhoff and Siemens Real Estate. Meanwhile he has more than 25 years industry experience. Mr. Klaus has a graduate in law.

Dexter Craston is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Fund Management.
Previously Mr Craston was at the helm of affairs of Rockspring’s Management (and a Partner), responsible for both the strategic focus and day-to-day management of the business and chairman of the Investment Committees.
Prior to joining Rockspring in 2009 he had a 22 year career as an investment banker specialising in real estate and was EMEA Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers.
He also worked in Tokyo from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Craston graduated from Oxford University with an MA in Classics.
He has been on the Management Board of EPRA twice and was an active member of the UK industry lobbying committees for the introduction of REITs.

Farrell nan Cheng is Managing Director of Bluetech Origins Institutional Client & Advisory and has been responsible for the acquisition of Chinese-speaking investors since 2019.
As a graduate in Banking Administration he was Head of Institutional Clients at a leading Chinese financial institution for many years.
Mr. Farrell has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and investment markets. He has specialised in special securities funds and in the savings bank sector (corporate and private clients).
